1. Acetyl Choline Receptor Antibodies (AChR antibodies) are autoantibodies produced by the immune system that mistakenly attack acetylcholine receptors present at the neuromuscular junction. The presence of AChR antibodies interferes with this communication, leading to muscle weakness and fatigue.
