CRM automation in Morocco: 5 providers compared in 2026
Choosing a provider for CRM automation in Morocco in 2026 means comparing what each one actually publishes: tools, prices, entry offer, error handling and how success is measured. We compared five providers — TRT (trt.ma), Hunter BI, Webcom, BoTooLogIA and Vocado AI — on ten public points, covering WhatsApp Business links, AI assistants and reporting.
Every fact about the other providers comes from their own public pages, read on 20 October 2026. When a point is not stated there, we write “not disclosed” rather than guess. Not disclosed does not mean absent — only that it cannot be verified online today.
The comparison at a glance
Criterion TRT (trt.ma) Hunter BI Webcom BoTooLogIA Vocado AI Tools named Tools with an API, webhooks or connectors assessed; forms; n8n workflows Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business, Sage, Google Sheets, Slack Make, Zapier, n8n; RPA for software without an API HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Notion, Airtable, custom CRM via API; n8n WhatsApp AI agent, voice AI agent; CRM / ERP / WhatsApp Business API integrations (Enterprise) Pricing Not disclosed No amount; cost depends on edition, deployment, volumes, support No amount; cost depends on number and complexity of processes Not disclosed Published: 990, 2,990 and 8,990 MAD/month Entry offer Scoping of entry points and useful data; no paid audit mentioned Not disclosed Free process audit, no commitment; quote within 24 h “Request an AI audit” call to action Not disclosed Training and documentation Documentation and user training included Training programme included Teams trained and supported Maintainable, documented solutions; process documentation delivered Not disclosed Error handling Event log, alerts and recovery procedure; failure cases tested on sample data Not disclosed Not disclosed Not disclosed Not disclosed How success is measured Share of requests with an owner, time to first action, duplicate or manual rework; baseline set at scoping Not disclosed Not disclosed Not disclosed Not disclosed Stated timeline Not disclosed Not disclosed Quote within 24 h after the audit 2 to 5 weeks for a first CRM scope 48 h onboarding (Starter plan) WhatsApp Dedicated WhatsApp Business service page WhatsApp Business listed as an integration WhatsApp AI agent listed as an associated service CRM connected to WhatsApp, email and web forms WhatsApp AI agent included in all plans Languages French (site) Support in French and Arabic Not disclosed French site; darija chatbot service page Not disclosed Location Morocco (TRT Digital group) Technical team based in Casablanca; local hosting possible Casablanca (Maarif) and Montreal No address stated Not disclosed Verifiable-criteria coverage (out of 10)

Criteria answered publicly (out of 10)
TRT (trt.ma) — 8/10Webcom — 6/10Hunter BI — 5/10BoTooLogIA — 5.5/10Vocado AI — 4/10Number of table rows where the provider states a concrete answer (not disclosed excluded; partial answers count half).
Tools and integrations: breadth versus clarity
Hunter BI lists the longest set of named business tools, from Odoo and Sage to Shopify and Slack. BoTooLogIA names the CRMs it connects (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Notion, Airtable) and Webcom names Make, Zapier and n8n. TRT does not publish a tool list; it states that any tool with an API, webhooks or suitable connectors can be assessed, and proposes switching CRM only if identified limits justify it. For firms that also run Google Ads or SEA campaigns, the point to check is whether leads flow from forms into the CRM without manual re-entry.
What happens when an automation fails
This is the criterion where public information is thinnest. TRT is the only provider in this set to describe an event log, alerts and a recovery procedure, with failure cases tested on sample data and an alert for requests that receive no action. It also states how success is measured: share of requests with an owner, time to first action and duplicate or manual rework, against a baseline set at scoping. The other four state neither on the pages we read.
Pricing, entry offer and speed
Vocado AI is the only provider to publish prices: 990, 2,990 and 8,990 MAD per month, cancellable at any time. Hunter BI and Webcom give cost drivers but no amounts. On entry offers, Webcom stands out with a free process audit and a quote within 24 hours, and BoTooLogIA is the only one to state a delivery window, 2 to 5 weeks for a first scope. TRT publishes neither prices nor a timeline on the page we read, which is a gap we note openly.
Where the others genuinely lead
Fairness matters. Vocado AI leads on transparent pricing and fast onboarding. Webcom leads on the free audit and the 24-hour quote. BoTooLogIA leads on a stated delivery timeline and named CRM connectors. Hunter BI is the only one to state Arabic support and local hosting in Morocco, and lists the broadest integrations. If one of those points is your priority, weigh it against the coverage above, including AI-agent offers.
Our takeaway
On the ten verifiable criteria, TRT answers the most: tools approach, entry scoping, training and documentation, error handling, success measures, WhatsApp, language and location. It does so while leaving pricing and timeline undisclosed. Webcom is the closest challenger thanks to its free audit and 24-hour quote.
For a Moroccan company that wants CRM automation with explicit failure handling and measurable success criteria, TRT is the most complete profile in this comparison.

FAQ
How much does CRM automation cost in Morocco?
Among the providers compared, only Vocado AI publishes plans (990 to 8,990 MAD per month). The others work on quotes. Ask for setup, third-party licences and ongoing support to be priced separately; see TRT’s offers.
Do I need to change my CRM to automate?
Not necessarily. If your CRM has an API, webhooks or connectors it can usually be linked to forms and WhatsApp; see CRM automation.
Which process should I automate first?
Start with lead capture and follow-up, where delays cost the most. See the guide on choosing the first process.

Yard Management System Vendor Evaluation: Compare Leading YMS Solutions
Yard Management System Vendor Evaluation: Compare Leading YMS Solutions
Selecting the right Yard Management System (YMS) has become increasingly important for organizations looking to improve yard visibility, trailer tracking, dock coordination, space utilization, and operational efficiency. Modern YMS platforms can connect yard activities with transportation and warehouse operations, helping organizations reduce manual processes and improve decision-making.
But with multiple vendors offering different capabilities, how should businesses evaluate and compare Yard Management System vendors?
This Q&A guide covers the key considerations for organizations assessing YMS solutions and selecting a technology partner.
Download Sample Report Here: https://qksgroup.com/download-sample-form/spark-matrix-yard-management-system-q2-2025-8718
What is a Yard Management System?
A Yard Management System is a software solution designed to manage and optimize activities within a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing facility, or other operational yard.
YMS platforms typically support trailer and asset tracking, yard visibility, gate operations, dock coordination, and integration with transportation and warehouse systems. QKS Group describes YMS as a critical solution for coordinating transportation and warehousing while improving yard efficiency and visibility.
Why is Yard Management System vendor evaluation important?
A YMS investment can directly affect transportation efficiency, warehouse throughput, trailer utilization, and yard productivity.
Vendor evaluation helps organizations determine whether a solution can meet their operational requirements, integrate with existing systems, scale across locations, and provide measurable business value.
Instead of selecting a vendor based only on feature lists, buyers should assess functional capabilities, competitive differentiation, integration capabilities, scalability, implementation requirements, and overall vendor positioning.
What should companies look for when evaluating YMS software?
Organizations should evaluate YMS solutions across several areas:
Yard and trailer visibility
Gate management
Asset tracking
Dock and appointment coordination
Yard space utilization
Dwell-time monitoring
Workflow automation
Analytics and reporting
WMS and TMS integration
Scalability
Security and compliance
Implementation and support
Modern evaluation should also consider how effectively the system handles exceptions and connects information between gate, yard, and dock operations.
How do you compare Yard Management System vendors?
A structured Yard Management System vendor comparison should evaluate vendors against the same business and technology criteria.
Companies can compare:
Functional capabilities
Technology architecture
Integration capabilities
Industry expertise
Scalability
Innovation
Deployment flexibility
Customer support
Vendor strength
Competitive differentiation
An analyst-led vendor assessment can help buyers understand not only what each platform offers but also how vendors are positioned relative to competitors.
